2025 The Dome is the Ear
A short film about resonance — between past and present, sound and silence.
In this film, images merge: ravens dancing upon the graves of Père Lachaise, sculptures rescued from Gaza and photographed at the Institut du Monde Arabe (IMA), and the pearly white light beneath the glass dome of the Bourse de Commerce.
2024 The Magical Discovery of Michaël Chambers in Nephin Mountain
On June 12, I joined Michel and Molly on a journey into the Nephin mountains, led by the trail of a fox to a secret cave. After a steep climb, we crawled through a narrow passage into a hidden chamber. There, we found remains of twelve people, between 5600 and 4400 years old, surrounded by white marble and deep silence. A sacred site, once used for rituals of transition and protection. This video offers a brief impression.
2024 Squid
An iron creature, forged in the shadow of the Canigou, stretches its tentacles into the Eastern Scheldt. With a heart of steel, it pierces the silence of the depths. It longs to return to the depths from which it was born, the sea, a hidden treasure trove and silent witness to human activity. More than 30,000 tonnes of ammunition still lie on the seabed, an invisible threat. When your home is no longer your home, where do you go? And which steel pierces which heart? Fast or slow. In 500 years, this steel will have done its job. Dissolved in the sea… A heart of steel, into the light goes life.
